Detailed Vacancies :
1) Sr. Nursing Offiicer/Staff Nurse Grade-I - 127 Posts
2) Nursing Officer/Staff Nurse Grade-II - 800 Posts
Pay Scale: Rs.9300-34800 + GP Rs.4800/- for post S.No 1 and Rs. 9300-34800 + GP Rs.4600/- for post S.No. 2 along with the other allowances applicable as per norms.
Age Limit (As on 25/11/2017) : Candidates age should be in the range of 21-35 years for post S.No. 1 and 21-30 years for post S.No. 2. Three years relaxation in upper age limit will be applicable for OBC(NCL) candidates. Maximum of 5 years & 3 years relaxation in upper age limit will be allowed for the applicants belonging to SC/ST/Ex-servicemen and PWD category respectively.

Educational Qualifications : Candidate should be a B.Sc Nursing (4 Years course) degree holder from a recognized University/Institute and Nursing Council of India. or Candidate should be B.Sc Nursing (Post-certificate) holder from a recognized University/Institute and Nursing Council of India. Also, the applicant should be registered as a Nurse & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council along with three (03) years relevant experience.
Candidates having Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute/Board or Council, registered as a a Nurse & Midwife in State/Indian Nursing Council with two (02) years relevant experience can apply for the post S.No.2

Selection Process : The candidates will be selected based on the marks obtained in the Computer Based Test/ Written Test followed by Skill Test/Proficiency Test for shortlisted candidates.

Application Fees : The application fees is Rs. 1000/- for the General category applicants. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-servicemen exempted from payment of application fees. The fees can be paid via On-line mode only through the AIIMS, Bhuvaneswar payment gateway.
